Tropical Storm Kay eyeing Mexico, southwestern US

  Monday afternoon, Hurricane Kay was located about 305 miles southwest of Manzanillo, MexicoKay had sustained winds of 80 mph and was moving west-northwest at 10 mph.

 "Flooding rainfall will be possible on the Baja Peninsula as the storm approaches. Damaging winds may also occur"
